Our Orku one-time cold-pressed pure Ethiopian Black Seed Oil, is 100% natural, containing one of the highest levels of Thymoquinone (TQ). Slightly filtered, our black seed oil is non-refined, with no additives or  preservatives, no agricultural chemicals or pesticides and is GMO free.

The ingredients found naturally in our Black Seed Oil are said to have many potential health benefits, and may assist in overall improved health and well being.

Black Seed Oil Contains: Vitamins, Cystalline Nigellone, Amino Acids, Saponin, Crude Fiber Proteins, Linoleic and Oleic Acids, Volatile Oils, Alkaloids, Iron, Sodium, Potassium and Calcium, Omega-6, Omega-3, Tocoferols, Carotenoids, Phytosterols, Quinones, Monotherpenoid, Phenols.

    Shipping Policy

    We use a number of different couriers. A courier is chosen depending on the item size, weight and the individual shipping costs. Some of the couriers we use are below.

    Estimated delivery time frames are as follow:

    Dispatch is usually 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

    Depending on the Courier and the warehouse location, delivery can take up to 14 Business days. 

    You will be sent tracking information to keep you updated throughout the process

    Please try to be mindful of delivery delays due to weather & busy times of the year

    We currently do not ship internationally, however we aim to do so in future. 

    Returns Policy

    Return & Refund Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and some personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Change of mind refund requests

    We do not accept change of mind refund requests for:

    • Health and safety products
    • Packages that have been opened

    If a change of mind request is accepted, and:

    a. you have been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee; or
    b. you have not been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee; and/or
    c. the customer changes their mind before the item is received and requires the action of Return to Sender (RTS), we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee. Refund for RTS will be provided after the item is received at our/supplier warehouse facility.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
